IP Trunking, powered by eVOLVE Integrated Advantage offers many of the communication services a business needs over a flexible, integrated trunking solution, including Voice over IP.

Integrated AdvantageSM is the initial product offering of Cincinnati Bell's eVOLVE suite of business-class VOIP services. Whether you want to leverage an existing phone system or upgrade to a new one, eVOLVE Integrated Advantage will provide you with a solid migration path to future technology backed by a comprehensive SLA.

Local Phone Service

eVOLVE Integrated Advantage is designed for customers who wish to utilize the features of their existing PBX or Key Telephone System. Trunked lines can be provided by one of two available interfaces: Analog or PRI. Local phone service includes an expanded local calling area including both the greater Cincinnati and greater Dayton markets.

Dedicated Internet Access

Cincinnati Bell will provide dedicated Internet access over a single T1 or multiple bonded T1s depending on your business' bandwidth requirements. The product is designed to use voice and data services more efficiently by allocating voice traffic as packets. During times of non-calling, customers have the ability to utilize the full amount of their allocated bandwidth for data services such as Internet access.

Long Distance

Integrated long distance minutes are included with all eVOLVE Integrated Advantage packages and include outbound Intra and Inter-state calling, as well as, inbound toll free service. International long distance usage cannot be allocated to the available minutes and will be charged at published rates.

Conferencing

Cincinnati Bell customers will receive one hour free for up to 10 users of "On-Demand Audio Conferencing." Customers also have access to Cincinnati Bell's Web Conferencing products.

Optional Features

  • Voice Messaging
    Customers will receive business class voice mail that includes up to 30 messages, distribution lists, and 30 day message retention. Voice mail also includes a regular greeting, an extended absence greeting, and a busy greeting.
  • Auto Attendant
    Customers will have the ability to customize their auto attendant menu options, dial by extension, dial by name, create a holiday schedule, transfer to operator, record greeting remotely, and record user names.

Additional Business Class Services

  • Web Hosting
    Cincinnati Bell's Web Hosting packages are perfect for small to medium-sized business customers. Our packages include all of the hosting essentials you need, plus the security and reliability you expect from your web hosting provider.
  • Business Email
    Enhance your image by using your business' domain name in your email adresses. Additionaly, Business Email helps increase your company's name recognition, since your contacts receive messages from you@yourcompany.com and they will reply to you@yourcompany.com.
