Calling Services: Anywhere Call Forwarding

Cincinnati Bell introduces "Anywhere Call Forwarding" the service that gives you the freedom to activate/deactivate your Call Forwarding from "Any Phone", Anywhere!

• One number access to remotely forward calls.
• Voice prompts to guide you through activation/deactivation of the Service.
• Password security.
• Receive your calls "anywhere" and at "anytime".

If you have Basic Call Forwarding and Deluxe Call Forwarding, Anywhere Call Forwarding will override these two services. If a customer currently has VoiceMail and activates Anywhere Call Forwarding, the calls will no longer go to VoiceMail but to whatever extension you have your calls forwarded to. If Anywhere Call Forwarding is activated at the your home and you forget to cancel Anywhere Call Forwarding, you still will hear a short ring at their home as a reminder that Anywhere Call Forwarding is still activated. The only thing you will need to do is either pick up the handset and dial *73 or call 513.421.7869 and press 2 in the Anywhere Call Forwarding menu options.

Call Waiting & Caller ID are services you just can't do without. Caller ID lets you see who's calling before you answer, while call waiting lets you put a call on hold to answer a second call.
