Can I use a next generation (GSM/GPRS) wireless phone I already have?

Many North American GSM/GPRS carriers "SIM Lock" their phones. If your phone is "SIM Locked", it will not work on our network. However, if your phone is NOT "SIM Locked" and it supports the 1900 Mghz band, it will work on our GSM/GPRS network. If your phone is NOT 'SIM locked' and is not a phone that Cincinnati Bell currently supports (click here to see the list of phones supported by CBW), all GSM/GPRS features may not work properly.
