Text Message NotificationWhen you get a new voicemail message at home, a text alert can be sent to your wireless phone - displaying your caller's name and number.
Zero Forward
Your Voicemail comes with an operator... sort of. If a caller presses 0 during your voicemail greeting, the call can be forwarded to a number you specify here.

Call Waiting
Call Waiting service signals that another party is calling. A tone indicates that there is an incoming call. A multiple tone indicates the incoming call is long distance. Call Waiting allows you to put one caller on hold while you talk to the other, and you can switch between the two calls.

Anonymous Call Rejection
Anonymous Call Rejection (ACR) blocks unwanted calls marked "private" or "anonymous". When Anonymous Call Rejection is activated, your phone will not ring when an incoming private call is received. Instead, the private call will be routed to an announcement telling the caller that the called party is not accepting calls marked "private" or "anonymous".

Distinctive Ring
With Distinctive Ring you'll know who the call is for by the sound of the ring. Designate up to two additional phone numbers (two additional numbers are available in most areas), each with their own ring, on a single phone line. Distinctive Ring is especially valuable if you work from home: you can tell by the ring whether the call is personal or business.

Reveal
Reveal stops calls marked "unidentified" by Caller ID before they reach you and asks callers to input their phone number. If the caller does not enter a number, that call will not ring your phone. When a number is entered, the call will ring your phone, and the name (when available) and number will appear on your Caller ID box with an asterisk.
Unidentified calls normally appear on your Caller ID box as "unavailable," "unknown," "out-of-area," "private," "blocked" or "anonymous," depending on the type of Caller ID equipment you own. Most telemarketers use auto-dialers unable to respond to Reveal's request for a number input.

Quiet Time
Quiet Time allows you to block incoming calls during times that you set while still allowing important calls to get through. You can set up a schedule for Quiet Time to be active, or just turn the service on as needed. When Quiet Time is active, callers will hear a standard announcement stating the person they are trying to reach is unavailable at this time. If you have Voice Mail, the caller can be automatically sent to your mailbox. When you deactivate your Quiet Time service, your telephone rings in the normal manner.
